On 3 June 1825, William Womack entered 50 acres of land on the west side of Collins River near the fork of the roads leading from John G. Mulican's to Roland's mill and to Hogans Bend. In the 1830 Census of Warren Co., TN he is listed as John G. Mullican with 1M30-40; 1M5-10, 2MU5, 1F30-40, 2F10-15 and 3F5-10. In the 1840 Warren Co., TN census John is living next to his father, William. He is listed as John Mullican with 1MU5, 1M5-10, 2M10-15, 2 M15-20, 1M40-50, 1F5-10, 1F15-20, and 1F40-50. In 1850 Warren County, Tennessee Census John G. is living in District Eleven and is number 787. He is age 50, Laborer, born in SC, and has no personal property. In his household is Sarah age 53 born NC; Ninevah age 16; Nancy age 14; and James L. age 12. Between 1850 and 1860 John G. moved from Warren County and joined his sons, John Jefferson Mullican and Jeremiah Mullican on Jones Fork in DeKalb Co., TN. John G. is listed in 1860 census of DeKalb County as a cabinet maker in District Ten next door to his son John J and daughter in law, Wilmouth Mullican, with $100 of personal property. He us age 68, born in SC, and Sarah is age 65 and born in NC.d Children:

She married second 23 Jan 1859 Thomas Bess. In 1817 Allen Mullican was member of Salem Baptist Church which at time was in Smith Co., TN (now DeKalb). In 1820 his wife Susana Mullican was member. In 1832 is what I feel is two of his daughters, Nancy & Fanny (Frances).

Will of Allen Mullican
I Allen Mullican do make and publish this as my last will and testment hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First I direct all my debts to be paid and out of any money that I may die possessed of if any there be. Secondly I give my wife Franky one feather bed and furniture and one cow and calf and the kitchen furniture and one chest. Thirdly I direct the balance of my property to be sold and equally divided between Andrew Mullican, Josiah Mullican, Wilson S. Mullican and Parlee Mullican my four youngest children. Fourthly I nominate Wm C. Mullican my executor. In witness whereof I do this my will set my hand and seal this 13 day of May 1851. Allen "X" Mullican
